Marie Monnet 's commitment is based on a vision of the law as a lever for action and protection. Maître Monnet appears before courts of first and second instance, the Conseil constitutionnel, and European courts such as the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). His expertise also extends to specialized administrative bodies, such as the Cour nationale du droit d'asile (CNDA).

Maître Monnet also advises companies and institutions on economic and institutional regulation.
